I ordered from tictacarea.com the whole thing followed the best possible pattern: order placed, tracking updated, package showed up quicker than I expected. No random delays, no need to chase anyone, and everything arrived in good shape. Straightforward experience, which I always appreciate. I’d order from them again

I gave 2 stars because the delivery did show up, but my order still had one wrong item in it. On top of that, something else I paid for was later marked as out of stock, even though the site said it was available when I checked out. That was really frustrating. Support did respond eventually, but it took a while and I felt like I had to keep chasing them for an update

"Really quick help when I needed it"
I reached out to support expecting to wait a while, but they got back to me really fast, actually, faster than I thought they would. They understood the issue and had it fixed quickly, so the whole thing was way easier than I expected

and I did end up getting my refund, so it worked out in the end. It just took longer than I expected, and while support did reply, they weren’t exactly quick about it.

I ordered the watch from tictacarea.com, and it seems totally real to me. I’m usually a bit nervous buying stuff like this online because I don’t really have time to deal with returns or problems, but everything came as expected, box, papers, all of it. The quality feels really solid and I haven’t had any issues so far. I probably should’ve looked it over more carefully right away, but from what I can tell, I’m really happy with it...

"The price is good for what you..."
The price is good for what you get, so I’d say it’s worth it overall. That said, I did feel a bit dismissed when I had questions, which took away from the experience

"11 months and order has still not been received"
